Since our small gym expansion we are launching Rise workout classes! Whether you climb or not, these classes are for everyone looking to get fit. We are starting small with a few classes a month, with the plan to expand to a full schedule.

HIIT with Mike!

Mike is our resident PT and all around great guy!

Mike is launching the Rise Workout Classes in July with a weekly morning HIIT class.

These energetic HIIT classes are designed to help you build strength, burn calories and get a sweat on. Perfect for all levels where the vibes are hight and the workouts are intense but fun - it’s a great way to start your day!

£10 per class
£1 per class if you are a Rise Member
