CCC is a climbing collective that focuses on mental health peer to peer support. In collaboration with The New Normal Charity, CCC are here to create non-judgemental spaces where climbers and non-climbers can connect, share and listen to better understand their mental health.

The sessions at Rise will be on the first Sunday of every month from 10.30am for two hours. They will be open for all abilities and anyone 18+. CCC indoor sessions are led by volunteer facilitators, who hold some basic training.

At the start of the session everyone will meet in the café area of the gym before heading upstairs to warm up together. Everyone warms up together, both minds and bodies, before climbing and talking through till, a warm down. Any questions, anxieties or accommodations, please get in touch!"
