What’s the plan?
Barrio Fiesta - It’s back!
This event is not exclusively for Filipinos - everyone is welcome to come and join in and learn more about Filipino culture.
Climbing
Our ALL FILIPINO setting team are setting a few special blocs for the evening.
Free intro sessions
For new and inexperienced climbers we will be running free 45 minute intro sessions to get you started climbing!
These sessions will be at:
5 - 5:45pm
6 - 6:45pm
Please book onto one of these sessions in advance and please arrive 10 minutes before the session starts.
Live Music
Our wonderful member Therese has sorted 2 live music acts to perform at the gym in the day time/early evening.
Sari Sari Stall
We will be bringing the Filipino snacks with our own home-made Sari Sari stall
Games
We can’t let the cat too much out of the bag but we promise some fun!
Potluck
It’s a potluck innit! Please bring something that reminds you of home, that you would like to share with everyone!
Karaoke
Nuff said really
Cocktails
We will have Filipino themed cocktails from our resident mixologist Patrick
Pot luck
As well as climbing Pinoy Fest is all about food and drinks!
If you are able please bring something for the pot-luck that reminds of home, something you would live to share with friends and family.
We will provide the unlimited rice and a few other snacks so there should be plenty of food to share even if not everyone can bring something!
If you are bringing food, please can you let us know if it has any allergens, and if it is vegetarian or vegan.
Plan is to start serving the pot-luck from 7pm
Games & Karaoke
Once you are all climbed out we have some games planned out to take us into the evening. Palayok, Pabitin & Karaoke - full details TBC!

Yes, the plan is to have a pot-luck, so please bring something to add to the table of you can!
We will be making some food
If you are bringing food, please can you let us know idf it has any allergens, and if it is vegetarian or vegan.
We will have a couple of special Filipino inspired cocktails on the menu for the night!
